You

| Deposits: |
| One night's
deposit with sales tax is required and is charged to your credit card upon
booking. If cancellation is recieved on the scheduled day of arrival, the
full deposit will be kept. All room rates are for double occupancy. For
additional occupants an additional charge of $25.00 will be assessed.

| Cancellations: |
|
We are a small property and every guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $15.00 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial or full refund may be made. |

| Special arrangements
can be made for other times circumstances.

| Smoking: |
| Please refrain
from smoking indoors. If you smoke in your room, a cleaning fee of $150.00
will be assessed.

| Pets: |
| We regret that
at this time we cannot accomodate pets. If you are travelling with pets
arrangements can be made through JAMCO kennels and boarding, a local business
about a mile from us.
|
| Turndown Service: |
| In respect to
your privacy, turndown service is offered at your request. In respect to
our environment, linens and towels are changed after each guest checkout.
Please advise the innkeepers when you require fresh linens or towels. Gratuities
are graciously accepted.

be aware that although we are friendly folk, children under the age of
12 would probably find MacBaxter's a VERY boring place be.
